Thank you for choosing Ridgeline Inspections LLC for your Home Inspection needs. The following are our Terms & Conditions regarding our services.

The Appointment Reservation Cost is $99. This is non-refundable. Your reservation cost ($99) will be deducted from your final bill. Home Inspection costs vary depending on the size of the home. We will give you your Final Invoice upon completion of the inspection which you can pay by check or we can send you a payment link.

If for any reason you need to re-schedule please provide a 48 hour window to do so and we will attempt to work with you, however, we must reserve the right of no refunds regarding the $99 Reservation Fee to prevent no-show appointments and losses to our company.

Ridgeline Inspections LLC will not hold you responsible for any injuries that occur to company members on your property. 

Ridgeline Inspections LLC reserves the right to document the inspection process with photos and written materials to guard our company against the improbability of our approval followed by the home not being up to standards due to circumstances outside of our control.

If for any reason the home develops problems in the future, after our inspection, Ridgeline Inspections reserves the right to retain documentation of the inspection process for up to two years. This may include, but not be limited to. photos, videos, written agreements and testimonies of the client prior to and after the inspection process.
